Projects by Save Cows India Charitable Trust

There is a critical gap in awareness about cows and cattle-related issues among almost all stakeholders in India, from dairy farmers, NGOs to everyday consumers. Our Knowledge Base section is designed to bridge this gap by building practical, easy-to-use knowledge banks and directories that empower people to make informed, cow-friendly choices.
Key project goals
Build reliable knowledge banks on milk adulteration, indigenous cow breeds, animal-cruelty laws, and cattle-preservation rulings, so stakeholders can make informed, lawful, and ethical choices.
Map and strengthen on-ground support systems through databases of gaushalas, veterinary hospitals, and doctors, helping injured, abandoned, and stray cattle receive timely care.
Revive and promote India’s cultural and spiritual connection with Gaumata through curated books, resources, songs, gaushala tourism for schools and singers that inspire respect and compassion.
Empower consumers to demand safer, cruelty-free dairy by spreading awareness on milk adulteration, testing methods, and the importance of supporting ethical dairies and gaushalas.
Together, these projects aim to create a single, trustworthy reference point for everyone who wants to safeguard cows—linking knowledge, culture, law, and practical services into one cohesive mission.
